Article 1
Members pledge to guarantee rectitude, competence, and transparency both to sellers and to buyers.
Article 2
When accepting a work of art to include in an auction, members commit to carry out all the necessary researches and studies for a correct comprehension and evaluation of these works.
Article 3
Members commit themselves to communicate sale conditions to mandators in the clearest possible way, specifically the total amount of commissions and all expenses they might incur.
Article 4
Members commit themselves to edit sale catalogs with care, providing the lots offered with detailed descriptions, and for the most important lots, with faithful reproductions.
Article 5
Members commit themselves to communicate to possible buyers all information necessary to judge and evaluate the eventual buy and undertake to provide all assistance possible after the purchase.
Members issue, upon buyer's request, a certification on photograph of the purchased lots.
Members commit themselves to reporting in invoices amounts equal to those which appear in the sale catalog, except for correcting eventual misprints or mistakes of the catalog.
Members commit themselves to make public the list of final bid prices.
Article 6
Members commit themselves to collaborate with public institutions for the preservation of the Italian cultural heritage and the protection from thefts and fakes.
Article 7
Each member pledges to fair competition, respecting the law and professional ethics. Each member, while operating in one's personal interest and according one's personal modus operandi, commits to safeguard the common interests of the category and to defend its honor and respectability.
Article 8
Violation of the rules established with the present regulations will imply for members the application of article 20 of the ANCA Statute.
